MakerMasti

Science birthday parties for kids · ages 4–16 We make science misbehave.

Hands-on science birthday parties where every child runs the experiment. We bring the lab, the costumes and the mess to your venue in Bangalore, Mumbai and 5 more cities — and clear it all up afterwards.

Children don’t watch the experiment. They run it.

Every science birthday party is built on one idea: a child who has held the reaction, broken the circuit and rebuilt it remembers it. Sixty to ninety minutes of real materials, real mess and real science, run by science performers who travel to your home, office or hall — anywhere in Bangalore, Mumbai, Mangaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi.

What happens at a MakerMasti science birthday party

Children and parents gathered around the Science Wizards activity stand at Binge Central mall

Stage 01 · 00 — 10 MIN

The room stops being a room.

Costumes on, story set, the first impossible question asked out loud. Nobody is sitting down and nobody has been told to be quiet.

A table of laid-out science experiment materials ready for a MakerMasti session

Stage 02 · 10 — 45 MIN

Everyone gets their own hands dirty.

Real materials, real reactions, one set per child. Not a demonstration at the front with thirty children watching — every guest runs the experiment themselves.

Stage 03 · 45 — 70 MIN

They build the thing they take home.

The return gift is the thing they made. It goes home working, with the child able to explain exactly why it works — which is the part parents tell us about afterwards.

Stage 04 · 70 — 90 MIN

Then we do the one they talk about for a year.

The set-piece. Popcorn at −196°C, a Van de Graaff generator and thirty children with their hair standing straight up. This is the photograph that ends up in the family album.

How a MakerMasti birthday party works

Tell us the date. We do the rest.

  1. Tell us the date

Age group, headcount, venue. We come back with the themes that genuinely suit that mix — not the longest list.

  2. We build the plan

Activities, materials, kits and takeaways, costed up front. Nothing appears on the invoice that was not in the plan.

  3. We travel to you

Host, science performers and every material arrive ahead of time. Setup is ours; the venue is yours.

  4. You get to be a guest

The team runs the room for the full 60–90 minutes so the parents can watch their own child’s party.

Parent reviews of MakerMasti science birthday parties

The activities were so engaging that the kids didn’t get bored at all. Highly recommend MakerMasti for a genuinely different concept of science and curiosity — the volunteers were really nice.
Deepika Jain Parent · science party
The planning, attention to detail and seamless execution were outstanding. Every aspect — first enquiry, logistics, entertaining the kids at the venue — was handled with professionalism and creativity.
Aroma Dubey Parent · Kiddo Engineer
Pavithra and her team customised the experiments to suit the age group and interests of the kids. A big hit not just with the children but with the parents, who enjoyed joining in.
Sujoy Roy Parent
All the kids had a lot of fun — even after you left they were still discussing it. And you were on time, rather before time, with no follow-ups from our side.
Priyanka Thakur Parent

4 of many

Coordination from planning to execution was effortless. The team suggested a theme perfectly suited to the children’s age group and it was a complete hit. The perfume-making was the highlight.
Divya Bahudana · Parent
The kids enjoyed every single activity — they were still talking about it long after the event ended. We didn’t have to take any stress about keeping them engaged.
Swetalina Bhol · Parent
Thoughtful about the activities, flexible and well prepared. In the middle of all the preparation, we as parents were actually able to relax and enjoy it.

Science birthday party FAQs

The fine print, without the fine print.

Anything else, ask us directly — +91 96063 85256 — or read the full list of questions.

01 What is included in the price?

Activities, the host, science performers, all materials and kits, and takeaways for every participant. Setup and pack-down are ours.

02 Do you provide the venue?

No — we travel to a location of your choice, whether that is your home, your office, a school hall or a mall atrium.

03 Is it only science, or are there games too?

Both. Every theme mixes hands-on experiments with science games designed for the age group in the room.

04 What ages is this suitable for?

Ages 4–16. Themes and activity difficulty are matched to the specific age mix attending, not to a single bracket.

05 How far in advance should we book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a birthday. Corporate family days and festivals need longer — get in touch as early as you can.
