What you get

One supplier for your corporate family day. No loose ends.

The single most common failure at a family day is children losing interest an hour in, and their parents leaving with them. Everything below exists to stop that happening.

  • Science zones

Multiple staffed stations running simultaneously, so a large crowd never queues for one activity.

  • Stage shows

Liquid-nitrogen demos and large-format experiments that hold a full hall’s attention.

  • Make-and-take

Every child leaves holding something they built — the part parents photograph.

  • Full production

Setup, hosts, performers, materials and pack-down. Your team turns up as guests.

Run of day

What actually happens between ten and two.

A four-hour block is the shape most of these take. Durations, not clock times — the schedule is yours to set, and these are the parts of it that are ours.

  1. 90 min before

    We are already in

Zones built, materials laid out, staff briefed and the run of the day walked through with your event lead. Your team arrives to a finished room.

  2. First 30 min

    Arrival & the pull

The loudest, most visible activity runs at the entrance. Families who came for a free lunch discover there is something to do, and stay.

  3. Hours 1–3

    Zones open

Every station staffed and running in parallel. Children move at their own pace; nobody is queueing, and no age group is waiting for its turn.

  4. Last 45 min

    Stage show & take-home

The big-format demo pulls the whole hall into one place, and every child leaves holding the thing they built.

  5. After

    Gone without a trace

Pack-down, waste out, venue as we found it — and a short participation summary for your file.

The division of labour

Before you ask

What HR asks first.

What is included in the price?

Activities, the host, science performers, all materials and kits, and takeaways for every participant. Setup and pack-down are ours.

Do you provide the venue?

No — we travel to a location of your choice, whether that is your home, your office, a school hall or a mall atrium.

Is it only science, or are there games too?

Both. Every theme mixes hands-on experiments with science games designed for the age group in the room.

What ages is this suitable for?

Ages 4–14. Themes and activity difficulty are matched to the specific age mix attending, not to a single bracket.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a birthday. Corporate family days and festivals need longer — get in touch as early as you can.
