MakerMasti

Mall events

We don’t just activate malls. We give families a reason to show up.

The Great Indian Maker Masti Fest is our flagship family engagement property — built to drive footfall, stretch dwell time and turn an ordinary mall visit into a day of hands-on science and making.

The property

Where science meets family masti.

Instead of passive mall entertainment, we build an environment where children make things, parents get pulled in too, and families end up spending real time together rather than walking through.

Live experiments and robotics tables, maker workshops, contests and photo-worthy installations turn a routine mall trip into something a family plans their weekend around.

How the activation works

From footfall to family engagement.

Seven stages, one continuous circuit — from the first bit of buzz to a reason for the mall’s other tenants to benefit too.

  1. Attract 01

    Reach

We build awareness around the fest and its programme before the doors open.

  2. 02

    Footfall

The fest becomes a destination — a real reason to choose this mall this weekend.

  3. 03

    Entry

Visitors step into an experience built specifically around kids and families.

  4. Engage 04

    Discovery

Interactive installations spark curiosity inside the first thirty seconds.

  5. 05

    Participation

Children do not just watch — they build, experiment, play and learn.

  6. Retain 06

    Dwell time

Multiple zones and scheduled activities keep families in the mall longer.

  7. 07

    Conversion

Longer, happier visits open doors for retail, F&B and every other mall touchpoint.

Why it works for malls

More than an activation. It’s a footfall property.

  • Footfall driver

    A property, not a promotion

A strong family proposition gives visitors a compelling reason to choose your mall on a given weekend.

  • Family engagement

    Parents included, not sidelined

Children and parents take part together. This is not a kids’ corner adults wait outside of.

  • Longer dwell time

    More zones, more minutes

Linked experiences encourage families to explore more of the activation, and more of the mall around it.

  • Repeat visits

    Built to bring them back

Multi-day programming and rotating experiences give audiences a reason to return before the fest ends.

  • Brandable

    Sponsor-ready by design

Individual zones carry sponsor branding without breaking the experience they are attached to.

  • Content generation

    Built for the feed

Interactive moments naturally produce the photo and video content families want to share.

  • Community reach

    Schools come to you

Competitions and school outreach pull in fresh audiences who were not already visiting.

  • Sponsor inventory

    New space to sell

Branded experiential zones create inventory the mall can monetise alongside the activation itself.

The experience

What happens inside the fest?

Eight zones, each doing one job well — from the first spark of curiosity to the photograph that gets shared afterwards.

Brand & sponsor opportunities

A platform brands can own.

The fest can be customised into branded experiences, sponsored zones and consumer engagement moments — without breaking the experience the sponsorship is attached to.

Bringing your own brand rather than a mall? That’s an activation — and if it’s your own staff and their families, a family day.

Before you ask

What mall teams ask first.

What is included in the price?

Activities, the host, science performers, all materials and kits, and takeaways for every participant. Setup and pack-down are ours.

Do you provide the venue?

No — we travel to a location of your choice, whether that is your home, your office, a school hall or a mall atrium.

Is it only science, or are there games too?

Both. Every theme mixes hands-on experiments with science games designed for the age group in the room.

What ages is this suitable for?

Ages 4–14. Themes and activity difficulty are matched to the specific age mix attending, not to a single bracket.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a birthday. Corporate family days and festivals need longer — get in touch as early as you can.
