Questions parents ask us

• What makes your parties great?

  Firstly, we’re professional kids’ entertainers! We have over 13 years of experience working with some of the biggest brands in the business and we recruit the best there is. And secondly, our parent company ScienceUtsav is the pioneer in STEM Education with more than 350 schools we supply science kits to and train teachers!

• How many guests can I invite?

  We recommend around 20-30 guests to ensure that everyone gets a great experience, but if you want something bigger then please get in touch and we should be able to help.

• Can I have the party at my home? How about in a hired hall?

  Yes, of course! We’ll come to the location of your choice. We just need tables and access to a working electrical socket.

• Will our presenter contact us before the party?

  Yes. Our presenter will contact you 24 hours before the party to confirm all the details.

• What Do You Need From Me?

  All we need is a reasonably sized room, a table and access to electricity. We bring everything else needed in well packed party packs!

• Can I have the Birthday Party at My House?

  Your house is the perfect location or you can hold the party at a local hall too!

• Are your parties safe?

  Safety: – Rest assured, our science parties are 100% safe – we’ve had the honour of making science awesome for more than 4,50,000 children in 400+ schools! Mess: – Everything (yes, even our slime) has been carefully designed to minimise mess, so much so that the messiest part of your child’s party will be the food. Paperwork: – We’ve got the paperwork well and truly covered – so you can have peace of mind! We are highly experienced at delivering great children’s birthday parties that are the talk of the playground.

• What does the budget include in terms of offerings?

• Will you only be providing science activities, or are there also games included in your offerings?

  It is a mix of science activities, games and more importantly exciting experiments

• Do you have decorations as well?

  Yes! We are a 1 stop solution. We take care of end to end coordination. We take care of: Customised Decoration Return gifts Add on services (Tattoo, Balloons, Game stations) Photography Cake Cake table décor

• Any return gifts included in this theme?

  Every theme has one takeaway included as an “activity gift”. Additionally we do have multiple Return Gifts options.

• Is one theme ex Magic Of Potions suitable for all age groups?

  We have themes which are age neutral and some that are age specific. Call our client coordinator to get the best solutions.

• Do you provide a venue?

  No! We do not provide the venue. Our team will come and host the party in the venue you decide

• Do you engage kids below 5 years old as well?

  Our activities are mainly focused on 5 to 16 year old children. Our recommendation is to limit the count of children below the age of 5 to less than 10%. It should be fine to have upto 5 younger kids for a crowd of 50 children.

• Can we mix and match the activities from all the themes?

  Yes. We can. But we would suggest you to go with one theme because from start to end of the theme the flow can be matched with the script and experiments.

• How many people will come from your end?

  One host for the entire crowd, one science activity helper for a group of 12 kids.

• How are you different from a party planner?

  We are a science edutainment company passionate about Science. Our forte is science themed parties. We also do other things like décor, cake and return gifts as an add on service.

• Do you charge extra for travel/transportation?

  We have our office in Bangalore, Mangalore and Mumbai. We don’t charge for any transportation or travel charges inside these cities. Other cities we charge a flat travel/transportation charge.

• Are the activities and materials safe for children?

  As a company we work with more than 300 schools and we supply similar kits to make science fun for schools students. Our experiments chosen for birthday parties are age appropriate and are well researched. We follow the ASTMF963-17 safety standards

• How to make a Payment?

  There are multiple payment options at checkout. You can use: 1. UPI 2. Net Banking 3. Card Payment

• Can I pay full amount instead of Deposit?

  Yes, Full amount can be paid during checkout so there is no confusion later.
