All you need to know about themed birthday parties

23 May 2023 · 2 min read

Science-themed parties are popular in developed countries and are picking up very fast in India.

Typically these parties are less than two hours long, the experiments are followed by a hands-on activity, where children are taught to construct something like a periscope, a kaleidoscope or an atomiser. And, they get to take them home.

Here are some of the themes that Maker Masti offers

Magic Potions

Magic Potion is a chemistry-based theme which is having engaging and fun activities for kids. Various elements like Colour – changing liquid, Dry ice, and Liquid nitrogen are used in the theme.

Magic potion allows us to engage kids and demonstrate science experiments in a magical way they haven’t experienced.

When a child sees a potion changing its colour, it’s fascinating for him. He wonders how it happened and how he can do it too. This allows us to use their curiosity to engage them in a way that will be memorable for them. After all, a birthday party should be memorable

Science of Wizards

Story of this theme starts with a quest to find the Sorcerer’s stone. Host asks riddles and puzzles which lead to new experiments which are intriguing and exciting!

Genie in the bottle, Magic wand, Secret message, Plasma ball are the few experiments experienced by the children. Science of Wizards is an interesting theme that will take the kids on the amazing quest of treasure hunt. It’s as interesting as it sounds.

Harry Potter

You can now have a killer Harry Potter-themed birthday party if you’re a die-hard Potterhead or want to organise a party for one. Whether the birthday child is 4 or 40, they will adore it.

To start with, Make a list of of the guests you want to invite to the party in the first place. By doing this, you may randomly assign your guests to one of the four Hogwarts houses — Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, Slytherin, or Hufflepuff. This will enable you to invite them and let them know about your residence
